Really good Stay in a Wonderful Hotel

I really appreciated the staff who were kind. Anna provided excellent service and attended to every need. The rooms had faultless amenities and a coffee machine that I used daily. The hotel location allowed quick access with the Vaporetto water bus.

The hotel garden is very nice, though I do not have a chance to fully used it.

the location was pretty decent being close to transport links.

the room had some issues the air conditioning was not effective and i found the minibar fridge was not cold either. also the staff were inconsistent some were good and others seemed unhelpful. it seemed like the hotel was trying too hard to present itself as more luxurious than it actually was.
